Tasty Salad Recipes?

I have these things to make a salad.

1. Lettuce

2. Strawberries

3. Tomatoes

4. Carrots

5. Celery

6. Cheese

7. Ittalian dressing

8. Pasta

Any good ways I can mix it up to make a good salad?Tasty Salad Recipes?
My mom made this great noodle salad i dont know if you can do that with the type of pasta you have but its:

Noodles

Tomatoes

cheese

italian dressing

salt

and spinach (you don't have to use spinach)

You cut up the tomatoes and spinach (make the spinach tiny like parsley, you can't even taste the spinach!) then mix it together with the noodles and sprinkle cheese and italian dressing on the amount of dressing depends on how much you like...Hope you enjoy! :)Tasty Salad Recipes?
You should also get cucmumbers and eggplant with some baby spinach

Make a very good garden salad using only five ingredients though, and a dressing.

If using hard to chew vegetables; such as, raw carrots then I suggest you blanch them first to soften them. I'd consider adding some form of nuts for crunch factor and even raisins for Fiber. I do not use cheese in any of my salads because of the fat %26amp; calories it contains.

If the Italian dressing gets old then mix a little bit of mayonaise ( diet) with the Italian dressing to make it into '; Creamy Italian'; or just mix Vinegar with oil. Drizzle the oil in as you mix it and stop periodically to taste it. Once it is to your liking then no more oil. You have a basic vinegrette .. which you can use on any salad...including Pasta Salad. you can add herbs to it to flavor it or even fruit juices / rind. You can get very creative iwth your salads...I eat about two very large salads daily .. often a third late nite. I do not want additional calories so I often do my own dressings for this reason. You must think creatively though, or you will get bored very rapidly.
Tomatoes- cut into pieces

Carrots cut into pieces

Celery- cut into pieces

Cheese-shredded

Ittalian dressing

cooked Pasta

add

mayonnaise if you have it

(or sour cream and butter mix)
cook pasta cut up cheese celery, tomatoes, lettuce, carrots, and italian dressing, and some shallots, cucumber,

strawberries as a side,
Too much random ';stuff';. I would serve the pasta as one separate course and the strawberries and cheese as another.
