I need salad recipes that taste sour with sesame oil!?

I tried a bowl of salad at a party and was really loving it but i don't know what kind of salad it was. It has sesame oil, spinach leaves, and taste sour a little. Anyone know what salad is this? or do anyone have good similar salad recipes?I need salad recipes that taste sour with sesame oil!?
the sour was probably apple cider vinegar mixed with sugar and sesame seed dressing and poured over the salad kraft has an excellent dressing called Asian sesame i add sun flour seeds and the little crunchy chinese noodles you can buy a bag of spinach just like lettuce I need salad recipes that taste sour with sesame oil!?
Hi Lilac...I have no idea what that particular salad might be called but in all likelihood it's a personal one.Do you really need a name to replicate it?Experiment.You might like to try the following which goes very well with BBQd food and other strong flavoured food.I even eat it on it's own with crusty bread...Call it what you like ..I just call it Cucumber Salad with Sour(ed) Cream.:-Slice 1 ';telegraph'; cuke or any ';burp-less';(you'llll need 3-4 Lebanese Cucumbers) cuke paper thin(or as thin as you can),salt it WELL.Leave for at least 30 mins to stand in the fridge.Blend 1 tblspn of any oil,1 tspn of sesame oil,4tblspns of any vinegar,scant pinch of salt,grate half a SMALL(pickling) onion and 4 (or more) cloves of garlic...Squeeze the moisture out of the refrigerated cuke slices.Add to salad dressing.Add a good dollop- or more - of Sour(ed) Cream or a mix of Sour Cream and Butter Milk before serving.Sprinkle with either sweet/mild/hot Hungarian Paprika or Smoked Spanish Paprika or Turmeric/Galangal powder.You can even sprinkle toasted Sesame seeds on top.MUST be served very COLD.Need more details ....ask me.I am up to my ';eyeballs'; with(original) super salad recipes.Good luck
