I want to make some.





is there one for Balsamic vinegar? I made some once but forget how to make it.What are some recipes for homemade salad dressings?
I make up my own. The general guideline is 1 part acid (vinegar or lemon juice) to 2 parts oil (preferable EVOO). You can add salt/pepper, dijon mustard, garlic, herbs, whatever. With balsamic, I sometimes add a touch of sugar or honey as well.What are some recipes for homemade salad dressings?

1 clove garlic (crushed)


pinch salt and pepper


4 oz olive oil


1 tsp dijon mustard
