My favorite is my own recipe:
1 small ripe juicy tomato
1/4 c minced onion
1/4 c lite mayonnaise
Dice the tomato, retaining the juice. Mix together all ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Can also add a bit of diced cucumber.Have any awesome low fat/calorie salad dressing recipes?

Serves 30 people for a real picnic or party.
I make a basil vinaigrette. If you like basil, it is delicious (and healthy)
Ingredients
1 garlic clove
1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped or torn in small pieces
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of Champagne vinegar
Pinch of crushed red pepper - (or to taste)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place in a blender or processor until the garlic is chopped. Add basil and chop some more. Then add the oil, vinegar, and crushed red pepper and process until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and enjoy!
