Hey thanks for the two salads..both sounded FANTASTIC..I'm going to make one for this weekend....and for dessert I'm going back to your 360 and hang out...everything I read there was so COOL....I have always loved the BLUES...in fact I painted a portrait of ';John Lee Hooker'; ..he is looking down at me right now....BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM

I'm so happy I selected your question I ended up with more than salad...but BLUES .....THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Mama Jazzy Geri

Here is a salad if you like GREEN...

thaw out a small amount of green peas...like a cup

Then chop a handful of green onions

Wash and chop a bunch of Italian parsley

Boil a couple hard boiled eggs and let them chill

Chop some red bell pepper about 1/3 cup

dash of course black pepper..and shake of sea salt

White button mushrooms...wiped clean and sliced

Wash a mixture of your favorite leafy greens for salad such as Romaine, iceberg, leaf lettuce...red leaf, etc. Dry well and keep cold...

Dressing:

1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1/3 cup sour cream and 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard or to taste. 1 teaspoon sugar or a little honey pinch of salt and pepper

....Mix these ingredients together and Assemble salad greens and veggies....divide among salad plates and then drizzle the dressing over each one.

Very tasty and healthy...Hope you like it!
From the blues to the greens, eh? I like a well-rounded individual!
