What are some good salad dressing recipes that do not include vinegar?

I want them to be for salads similar to garden salads, so I am not really after the creamer dressings. At the moment I am just using olive oil, herbs, garlic and salt, but I want to reduce the fat content.What are some good salad dressing recipes that do not include vinegar?
