Oriental Crunch Salad:
Romaine lettuce
Carrots
Broccoli
Take 1 bag Roman noodles. Crunch in to small pieces in the bag and then discard seasoning packet. Melt 1 teaspoon butter and mix in to noodles. Bake noodles on cookie sheet for 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and add to salad.
Crush 1/2 mixed nuts and add to salad.
For dressing:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Shake and mix in sealed container and works well to put directly on salad if eating soon.
You can also add grilled chicken to make it a meal. Not the healthiest, but it is really delicious.
