I always make my own salad dressings as well and have several that I use on a regular basis. I love balsamic vinegar and oil with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. It' so simple you don't even have to mix it in a separate bowl - just pour each ingredient over the salad and mix everything together. Another great dressing that I make all the time is French dressing. I even serve this dressing to guests at dinner parties and always get rave reviews.
