I think you could do a Cobb salad:
Romaine lettuce
chopped hard-boiled egg
drained crumbled bacon
Avocado
Tomato
Diced chicken breast
Blue cheese dressing
crumbled roquefort cheese
Break the romaine into bite-sized pieces, and toss with blue cheese dressing.
Arrange on top the dices of avocado, tomato, chicken breast, egg, and crumbled blue cheese.
