Do you have any yummy light homemade salad dressing recipes?

A little hot sauce, then a sprinkle of lemon juice.Do you have any yummy light homemade salad dressing recipes?
Here's my lemon vinaigrette. It sounds like a lot of fat, but you don't need much on the salad.

1/3 cup olive oil

Zest of one lemon, juice of two

Big Tbsp. of garlic

Big pinch dried oregano

Pinch of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper

Shake or whip well. It's good on green salads and pasta salads.Do you have any yummy light homemade salad dressing recipes?
Try the juice from a jar of Kosher dill pickles. It tastes better than it sounds, I promise.
reduce down balsamic vinegar with sugar until it forms a glaze, add lots of pepper and a bay leaf while cooking. No fat and delicious!

Also, mix 1 tsp of tahini (sesame paste) with vinegar- its lower fat than olive oil and helps coat the leaves and gives it awesome flavour!
The trick is to go easy on the fats (olive oil).

3 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 shallot, diced

1 Tablespoon capers dice

Salt and pepper to taste

place the vinegar, mustart shallot, capers, salt %26amp; pepper in small bowl.. Whisk the ingredients together, drizzle the olive oil into the mixture while whisking.

This should produce an oustanding salad dressing.
